Project duration depends on scope and size. A standard residential driveway typically takes 1–2 days, while larger commercial parking lots may take 3–7 days. We provide a detailed timeline in your quote. Asphalt needs 24–48 hours to cure before light vehicle use, and 5–7 days before full heavy-vehicle traffic.
Asphalt is more cost-effective, faster to install and easier to repair. It performs better in temperature extremes and provides a smooth, quiet surface. Concrete is more durable long-term but costs more upfront, takes longer to cure and repairs are more visible. We recommend asphalt for most driveways, roads and parking lots.
Yes. All our asphalt paving projects come with a 2-year workmanship warranty. Tennis court surfaces carry a 5-year warranty on the acrylic coating system. Brick paving carries a 3-year structural warranty. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions.
Tennis court resurfacing costs vary based on court size, current surface condition and the type of acrylic system chosen. Basic resurfacing (crack repair + colour coat + line marking) starts from approximately R35 000–R55 000 per court. Full reconstruction with new base starts from R120 000. We provide free site assessments and detailed quotes at no charge.
Yes! While our primary base is in Gauteng, we take on projects across South Africa including Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West, Free State and KwaZulu-Natal. For projects outside Gauteng, travel and accommodation costs are included in the project quote. Contact us to discuss your specific location.
